Hi, I’m Josh, the proud owner of Delamater Auto, a locally owned and operated used car dealership in Jackson, Michigan. I’ve spent most of my life in the car business, and I started this dealership three years ago with one mission: to offer great vehicles with honesty and zero pressure.
Since day one, I’ve had the pleasure of working with amazing customers from Jackson and nearby communities like Brooklyn, Grass Lake, Chelsea, Spring Arbor, Parma, and Michigan Center—and really, from all over mid-Michigan. It’s those relationships that keep me passionate about what I do.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Vehicles are sold as-is, with no returns or exchanges. Once the paperwork is signed and the sale is complete, ownership is fully transferred. We encourage all customers to inspect and test drive any vehicle before making a purchase to ensure it’s the right fit.
Do you have in-house financing?
We do not offer in-house financing. However, we’re happy to point you in the right direction with recommendations for local lenders who many of our customers have worked with successfully. We’ll also provide a purchase agreement to help make the process as smooth as possible.
do you take trade-ins?
Yes, we do! We’d be happy to provide a trade-in appraisal. You can stop by the lot for an in-person evaluation, or send us photos and details of your vehicle if that’s more convenient. Just reach out, and we’ll walk you through what we need to get started.
